    啟東雙劍電子有限公司是集電子電腦技術的應用研究、開發設計和生產銷售于一體的高科技經濟實體。 是中國航海學會船閘專業委員會會員單位，<<江蘇水利>>雜志理事會成員。公司長期從事水閘、船閘自動化控制系統、工業電視監控系統、計算機水位無線遙測系統、大屏幕拼接顯示系統工程的設計、制造、安裝和調試。

本公司科技人員曾參加和主持過長江葛洲壩、江西萬安、福建沙溪口、池潭、廣西桂平、貴港等水利樞紐工程的船閘、泄洪閘等集控系統的設計開發研制工作, 在水閘、船閘自動化監控領域中積累了多年豐富的經驗。特別是近幾年來，開發的ZWY-智能化閘位測量儀、SJ-DLG微電腦閘門啟閉控制柜、JGSWJ激光液位測量儀等具有自主知識產權的高科技產品，榮獲國家創新基金立項資助項目、江蘇省高新技術產品。產品具有智能化、通用化等特點，深得國內交通、水利、水電系統用戶的好評
